Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we offer the following:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the service.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied.
  • Pro-rata Refunds: After 30 days, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, calculated pro-rata for unused months.

Credit Package Refunds

Credit packages are treated as follows:

  • Unused Credits: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
  • Partially Used: No refund for credit packages where credits have been consumed.
  • Bonus Credits: Bonus credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon refund.

Service Issues

We may provide refunds or credits in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If our service is unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end.
  • Failed Generations: If you are charged credits for generations that completely failed due to our systems (not due to content policy violations).
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.

Important Note

Credits consumed due to content that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., prohibited content) are not eligible for refund. Please review our acceptable use policies before generating content.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, the transaction you're requesting a refund for, and your reason.
  3. Wait for Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. Receive Response: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded in USD equivalent to your preferred payment method (crypto refunds are not available).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits consumed for successful generations
  • Bonus or promotional credits
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the guarantee period
  • Credit packages purchased more than 14 days ago

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension during the investigation
  • Loss of any remaining credits or subscription time
  • Potential permanent account termination
